Overview:

  • Excellent waterproofing: Provides insulation from humidity and water after potting and solidification.
  • Provides high insulation performance which can ensure electrical conductivity of your projects before and after potting.
  • Good arc resistance

Usage:

  1. Cleaning: before starting, make sure your project is clear of dust, moisture and oil.
  2. Set scale up: make sure your container is clean. set scale to 0g with container on top.
  3. Pour 50g of glue A into the container
  4. Pour 10g of glue B into the container
  5. Steps 3 and 4 can be done in 5:1 ratio. If not set at the appropriate ratios, it will cause poor curing and hardness
  6. Mix and stir your mixture. Make sure to scrap the sides to get a proper mixture. If not stirred well, it will lead to some places not cured
  7. Defoaming: after mixing let the glue stand for 5 minutes to facilitate the discharge of air bubbles. (If you have a vibration set up, you can use that to make this process faster)
  8. Pour the mixture onto your clean project after all air bubbles have exited
  9. Wait 12 hours for the mixture to solidify. In this time the mixture should get hot, this means that a chemical reaction is happening between A and B. therefore air bubbles will be forming. This is normal. ( The mixture should become rubbery and the surface is smooth and flat).
