Due to the nature of electrical components such as, but not limited to, varying techniques, different packages, and sensitive specifications, we have a no refund or exchange policy.
We are not licensed to do any repair, in and out of the shop.
Yes, but only in our physical retail store. Please provide us with your student ID when checking out.
Educational discounts also applies to school orders (must be accompanied by purchase order) when placed over the phone.
We only perform wholesaling in a business-to-business (B2B) situation. We can set up a general account for free for your company; however for accounts payments we will have to perform credit check on your company. Please contact Lee's Electronic management team if you would like to set up an accounts payment.
For order to be considered as a wholesale order, a minimum purchase quantity must be approved by Lee's Electronic management team.
We are closed on all statutory holidays when it occurs during our regular business hours. In the case that it occurs on Sunday, we will be closed on that week's Monday. We will put a notification attached to our front door and our website banner prior to the holiday date.
Please note that orders will not be packed or shipped during non-operational hours.
2. Retail Store
Weekdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Saturday & Sunday - Closed.
Statutory Holidays - Closed.
Please park your vehicle along Fraser Street (1 hour timed) or along King Edward Avenue or 26th Avenue. All of them are free!
Please do not park at the back of our store. Unfortunately due to the amount of shipping and receiving that we get on a daily basis, we will need our back driveway to be accessible at any time.
We do not have washroom open to the public. Please use nearby gas station or restaurants washroom.
3. Online Store
We will try to pack the order the same day as we receive the order. But due to Canada Post scheduled pickups, only orders that are ordered before noon (12:00PM) will be shipped the same day. Please note that there might be delays depending on the conditions.
Yes, you may use your own courier to pick up your order. We do not charge courier pickups, but please allow us to prepare the order before you call the courier for pick up.
If the courier arrive before we finish preparing, you will have to reschedule a pickup again. We are not responsible for any additional fee(s) incurred.
Yes we do ship internationally, but we only perform international order through phone call. Please call us at 604-875-1993 to place an order.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for different specifications that are required in your area such as, but not limited to, the voltage supplied by your area. Our products are generally rated for the North American market (110VAC).
We do not do refunds (including shipping charge) for all ship out orders, including international orders.
