What is in-store pick up?

In-store pick up is an option we allow our customers to pick at the end of their checkout process as a shipping option. Choosing this option allows our customers to place the order online and avoid the line up and the trouble looking for the products in the store which may save our customers a lot of time. We recommend this option for anyone who already knows what they are looking for and for people who have a huge list of items they need to buy.

How do I get in-store pick up?

In order to have in-store pick up, you have to be living in BC. Once you have picked our all your products, you can head over to checkout. Once you get to the shipping option, you will notice a couple options:

  • In-Store Pick Up
  • Economic Shipping

Once the order is completed, we will work our fastest to prepare your order. We will send you a "Ready for pick up" email as soon as we finish processing the order.

How long does it take to process an order?

Normally it takes up to 1 business day to process an order. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready. We highly recommend that you check your email before heading out.

What is the pick up window?

Our pick up window is our store hours.

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays CLOSED

I do not see the pick-up option during checkout
