The MPSA27 Transistor is a high gain, NPN Darlington transistor for use in signal amplification circuits. The MPSA27 transistor is housed in a small through-hole TO-92 plastic package. The transistor has a power rating of 625mW, with a maximum collector current of 500mA. The complementary part for the MPSA27 NPN Transistor is the MPSA77 PNP Transistor, which can be used together in amplifier output stages. The MPSA27 Pinout is Collector-Base-Emitter, left to right (with the transistor laying on the flat side)
