Description
- End Sleeve Crimper: SN-TG16 ratchet self-adjusting square crimping plier is designed to crimp AWG24 to AWG6(0.08mm²to 16mm²) wire end ferrules, making fast and solder-free electrical connections.
- Capacity: Optimised crimping range from 0.08-16mm²(AWG24 -6). Crimps uninsulated end terminals, pre-insulated end sleeves and twin-end ferrules.
- Front Entry Crimping Tool: Frontal insertion of wire end ferrules into tool, beneficial with short conductor ends. Very helpful under difficult working conditions in confined spaces for crimping end sleeves.
- Square Crimping: Four lateral crimp profile with four serrated crimp surfaces. Encapsulated crimp eliminates stray wire breakage. Square crimping for optimum contact areas in the clamp connection.
- Advantages: Repetitive, high crimping quality due to integral lock (self-releasing mechanism). Crimping pressure has been set precisely (calibrated) in the factory, re-adjustable. Optimum transmission of force due to toggle lever action for fatigue-reduced operation.
