Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the SJOOW 18/3 cable is an 18awg size electrical cable that houses three copper conductors protected by both a rubber insulation and covering. The SJOOW 18/3 cable can be used for both commercial and residential applications -- from power tools to cranes -- up to 300 volts, with max amps of 10. The cable's EPDM rubber jacket allows it to withstand many things that would destroy most electrical cables, including oil and water. Additionally, the SJOOW 18/3 can operate in extreme temperatures from -40ºC to +90ºC.

 

SJOOW 18/3 cable features has a size of 18 awg and includes three copper conductors. The conductors are protected by a CPE (chlorinated polyethylene elastomer) rubber jacket. These layers are resistant to breakage, tears and scrapes, and are also impervious to the sun, heat, water, oil and chemicals. In fact, SJOOW cables are both UL listed and CSA certified for both indoor and outdoor use, can be used in ambient temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +90ºC. Additionally, SJOOW cables are generally certified by RoHS.

 

SJOOW electrical cables are rated to be in applications up to 300 volts. It's durability and ruggedness makes SJOOW cables a great option for a wide range of projects, including mining and oil refining, portable equipment and tools, industrial equipment, portable lighting systems, and dockside and marina power (for water resistance and strong jacket).
