Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and signature requirement. There are also options for pick up and sending your own carrier. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees and shipping fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

For each order, you will receive multiple emails:

- The order confirmation email verifies that your order is in our system.
- Payment confirmation email verifies that your order payment was successfully received.
- Order Processing email notifies that your order is being prepared.

Shipping Method

We offer a few different methods for shipping but our default carrier is Canada Post. Days listed are from when the order is shipped.

Canada Post

All Canada Post shipments are defaulted to have tracking number and signature required. Shipping prices are fixed unless your order contains an overweighted item. You can find a list of the overweight item here. For orders going to Western Canada (BC, AB, YK), it generally take about 2-3 business days from the day the order is shipped. For orders going to other provinces, it is expected to arrive 2-5 business days from the day the order is shipped. As for US orders, it generally takes 3-7 business days from the day the order is shipped.

Disclaimer! If the item was delivered on a time you were not available, the item will NOT be dropped off but instead sent to the closest post office. The shipment will stay there for 2 business weeks and will be abandoned afterwards.

Local Pick Up

If your shipping address is in British Columbia, you will see a Pick-Up option as a shipping method in checkout. If you select this option, we will hold your order here so you can pick it up at:

Send Your Own Carrier

This option is available during checkout. If this option is picked, you are required to provide your shipment provider and shipping instructions to us. 


All products are final sale. In the case that there is a defective product, we will provide shipping reimbursements when the item is received.
