Pick Up In-store Procedures

1. What is it? And who is it available to?

The Pick up in-store feature is available to all our customers in BC (British Columbia). This feature allows the customer to make an order online and pick up in-store when the order is ready. (Usually 1 day time).

There are no fees, size limits, or weight limits. Pick up in-store is free of charge to our customers.

Yes! There are no fees, size limits, or weight limits. Pick up in-store is free of charge to customers within the Pick up in-store boundaries.

3. How long does it take to prepare my order? Can I pick up on the same day?

Orders usually take 4 - 6 hours to pack up and be ready for pick up. However, there may be busy days that may delay the order preparation. We will notifiy you via email when you order is "In progress" and when it is "Ready for pick up". If you need an order to be rushed, please give us a call at (604) - 875 - 1993.

4. I have items back-ordered, what do I do?

While we try to keep our inventory quatities updated as quickly as possible, there may be occasions when an item order may become back-ordered without notice. In this case, your order will be halted until the item arrives at our store, then follow the usual procedure after it arrives. If you do not want to wait for that item, please give us a call at (604) - 875 - 1993.
